Cinnamon Shore, a 1,000-acre master-planned beachfront community, is currently developing Cinnamon Shore South, a $1.3 billion 300-acre expansion that will more than quadruple the existing community in Port Aransas. It will include luxury homes, Town Center residences, community pools, a dining district with several restaurants, a retail destination, and a health and wellness center.

Other developments include a 442-acre Cinnamon Shore Marina development scheduled to open in 2024 that will feature 500 bayside and marina single-family homes, wet slips, dry dock storage facilities, a music venue and other enhancements.

This new development will occupy land adjoining Port A’s first conference center and 175-room yet-to-named conference center hotel, slated to break ground in fall 2021 with an estimated opening in fall 2024. The $60 million project will include 21,000 square feet of event space. The marina site was selected because of its sunsets, bay access and walking paths along the waterfront.

An additional 100 acres are being planned for future Gulf Front residences and 114 acres for Bayside residences.
