Cinemark to Build in Valley Ranch Town Center

Cinemark Theatres is planning construction on a 10-screen theater in Houston’s Valley Ranch Town Center. The 40,000-square-foot theater is scheduled to open in late 2017 or early 2018. Once open, the theater will be Cinemark’s 13th in the Houston area.

Valley Ranch Town Center is a 240-acre, mixed-use development at U.S. 59 and Grand Parkway, north of Kingwood, TX. The Signorelli Co. is the developer of the commercial real estate component, which is part of the 1,400-acre, master-planned community. The center will encompass approximately 1.5 million square feet.
