Cincinnati Investment Group Purchases Three Houston Multifamily Communities

Vision & Beyond Capital Investments has bought three Houston apartment complexes totaling 460 units. The price was given at $73 million.

The three communities involved in the sale were the 96-unit Pine Lake Village located in the Greenpoint area, Ridge Point is near the Texas Medical Center and has 168 units and Green Tree Palace, with 196 units is located on the city’s Northside. The investment is the first transaction for the owner in the Houston area. The company plans an immediate renovation program on all three properties.
