CIM Signs Noah Clothing to LA’s Sycamore District

CIM Group has signed a long-term lease with Noah Clothing, a New York-based streetwear brand, for an approximately 5,000-square-foot boutique in the Sycamore District. Noah is opening its first namesake store in Los Angeles at 911 N. Orange Dr., near the Jeffrey Deitch gallery.

“The concept of the store will feel more like a community space than a traditional shop,” said Brendon Babenzien and Estelle Bailey-Babenzien, Noah co-founders. “Inspired by New York loft living, our newest Noah location in LA expands upon what we already represent: a space big enough to host friends for events, dinners, screenings and shows, as well as a wider product offering.”

Noah joins nearby Sycamore District businesses including Nili Lotan, Lizzie Mandler, Jacques Marie Mage, Officine Generale, Motor Cars LA, Just One Eye, Retrospecs, Supervinyl, Pause Studio, Sandspa, Clover, Brella, Tartine, Gigi’s Hollywood, Mr. T Los Angeles, Mizlala and Sightglass Coffee.
