CIM Launches Final Phase of West LA MF

CIM Group commenced construction on a 154-unit, five-story apartment building, with roughly 16,600 square feet of ground floor retail in West Los Angeles. Work on the building marks the final phase of a multi-phased development plan for the 2.6-acre property of former auto dealerships fronting Santa Monica Boulevard, and three adjacent residential parcels totaling approximately 28,000 square feet.

CIM is building a total of 338 apartment units, 32 designated as affordable, and roughly 58,300 square feet of retail space at the location that has 300 lineal feet of Santa Monica Boulevard frontage. The property is located at 1500 Granville Ave., at the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard.

In 2016, CIM started construction on the adjacent four-story, 147-unit residential and retail building across Granville Avenue at 11800 Santa Monica Blvd., which is anticipated to be complete in early 2019. Two retail leases have already been signed with Target and Healthy Spot pet store.

He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
