CIM Group Signs Andersen to 46k-SF at CityNational2Cal

CIM Group has signed tax and financial experts Andersen to a 46,000-square-foot lease at CityNational2Cal, the Class A office tower anchoring the DTLA skyline. The long-term lease encompasses two floors at the approximately 1.4 million-square-foot, 52-story office building that features 44,000 square feet of retail space programmed to serve tenants and locals at a vibrant outdoor plaza.

According to Andersen’s L.A. Managing Director Daniel Lopez, “CityNational2Cal is situated in the heart of downtown Los Angeles in a premier location that will bring new energy and enthusiasm to our office employees.”

Andersen is anticipated to take occupancy in mid-2020.
