CIM Group Provides $105M Construction Loan for West Midtown Condos
CIM Group has provided a $105 million construction loan to Atlanta-based developer McKinley Homes for Seven88 West Midtown, a 279-unit condominium tower in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood.
Located on a nearly two-acre site between Perry Boulevard and Brady Avenue at 788 Marietta Ave., the 18-story tower is currently under construction. When completed, the 340,000-square-foot luxury condo tower will also include 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. Planned amenities include a concierge service, a lobby with coffee bar, a club room with billiards, an amenity deck with outdoor dining, barbecue and fireplace, a saltwater swimming pool and whirlpool spa, fitness center, smart package lockers, dog spa and a controlled access parking deck.
The property is within walking distance to the Georgia Institute of Technology, the Westside Provisions District, Atlantic Station and Midtown proper.
Terms of the financing were not disclosed.
