CIM Completes Chicago’s Marquee at Block 37

CIM Group has completed construction of the 690-group Marquee at Block 37 apartment tower. Located at 25 W. Randolph St. in Chicago’s loop, the 34-story property is part of a transit-oriented development that is linked to the pedway system, as well as the subway.

In addition to one-, two- and three-bedroom units, the development also includes a 275,000-square-foot retail center. Offerings include an 11-screen AMC Dine-In Theater and Latincity, a 22,000-square-foot casual dining hall with authentic Latin cuisine.

The Marquee’s completion is CIM Group’s final phase of its mixed-group Block Thirty-Seven development. The developer, headquartered in Los Angeles, acquired the original retail center at 108 N. State St. in February 2012. Construction began on the residential tower in October 2014.
