Cigna Relocating Regional HQ to ASB, LPC Denver Building

Cigna signed a 135,800-square-foot lease for a regional headquarters at ASB Real Estate Investments’ and Lincoln Property Company’s recently completed Tower 3 at Colorado Center in Denver. The transaction with the global insurer and health service company follows a 19,900-square-foot deal with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart.

Tower 3 is a 227,000-square-foot, eight-story LEED Silver office building above a six-story garage podium, with ground floor retail space that delivered summer 2017. It is the latest phase of Colorado Center, which has a total of 720,000 square feet of Class A office space, among the three towers.

Cigna will relocate more than 1,000 employees to five full floors in Tower 3, which offers 27,000-square-foot floor plates, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline. The building also has a 5,300-square-foot roof-top terrace for company functions and employee use.
