CIG Capital Provides $125M for MF Community in West Georgia

Alternative investment firm CIG Capital has provided a $125 million construction loan for the development of The Villages at West Point, an upscale and affordable 624-unit multifamily development in West Point, GA. The development team includes Mike Morley’s American Development Corp.

Located on more than 70 acres of land, the development will feature resort-style apartment homes and on-site boat, recreational vehicle and camp trailer parking facilities for tenants and guests. The project is a half mile away from the Kia Motors Assembly Plant in West Point.

“Our team is dedicated and excited for the success of The Villages project,” said Charles Carey, managing partner at CIG Capital. “The new Villages at West Point will be the perfect family home located in a beautiful environment near work, or can be a home-away-from-home rental facility to get away from the hustle of city life and enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. Continuing to fund important construction projects during this financial crisis is critical for the future well-being of our economy.”
