Cicero Apartments Find Buyer a Week After Listing

Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the $2.375-million sale of a 38-unit apartment building in Cicero, IL. Located at 1930 S Cicero Ave., the property consisted of one- and two-bedroom units and had recently undergone several capital improvements.

Senior director Robert Berman and principal Michael Anguiano represented the seller, a private out-of-state investor.

“We were able to procure a qualified buyer within one week of listing the asset following a targeted marketing campaign,” said Berman.
