Canadian wealth management firm CI US Holdings has leased two floors of office space at H.J. Kalikow & Co.’s 101 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan

CI US Holdings Leases Two Floors at 101 Park Ave.

CI US Holdings, a Canadian wealth management firm, signed a long-term, 50,000-square-foot lease at H.J. Kalikow & Co.’s 101 Park Ave. CI US Holdings will occupy the property’s 29th and 30th floors.

“Access to Metro-North, major subway lines and now Grand Central Madison, make 101 Park Ave. uniquely situated for tenants,” said Kathryn H. Kalikow, principal at Kalikow. “101 Park has been the longtime home of prestigious companies – including Morgan Lewis, Morgan Stanley, The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York and Nippon Life – on account of its striking architecture and superior level of service.  An underground garage, white gloved care, Club 101 as well as an efficient package distribution center also provide tenants with first-class service.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuck represented ownership. CI US Holdings was represented by Avison Young’s Mark Robbins and Evan A. Foley, and by Savills’ Mitti Liebersohn (formerly of Avison Young).
