Church Acquires Southwest Austin Property

JMA Ventures LLC sold Nine One Six, a two-story, 55,216-square-foot office asset, to Austin Stone Community Church. The sales price for the property at 916 S. Capital of Texas Hwy., was undisclosed.

Situated on 5.2 acres, Nine One Six is in Austin’s West Lake Hills neighborhood, near SH 360 and Lost Creek Boulevard. JLL’s Jeff Coddington, Kevin Kimbrough and Brent Powdrill led the sales team on behalf of the San Francisco-based seller, which had owned the property for close to five years.
