Chula Vista Industrial Claimed for $17M
Philadelphia-based Exeter Property Group acquired a 162,660-square-foot, two-building industrial property in Chula Vista, CA from Alpine Creek Investments LLC for $16.97 million. The off-market transaction involved a multi-tenant asset at 2400-2402 Main St.
The fully-occupied, high bay distribution warehouse includes such tenants as PODS Container Storage and American Tire Distributors. The rail-served facility features 28-foot clear height, three dock-high doors, one rail door and a grade-level ramp.
Colliers International’s Mark Lewkowitz and Chris Holder represented the buyer. Douglas Wilson Companies’ Alan Scott and Tom Olson represented the San Diego-based seller.
Colliers’ Lewkowitz said “It’s extremely rare to find an institutional asset like this well-located property that was designed with functional amenities and primarily occupied by national credit tenants.”
