Chronograph Inks Full-Floor Lease at Boutique Brooklyn Offices

JLL completed a 6,083-square-foot, full-floor lease for Chronograph at Two Trees Management’s Ten Grand St. in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Chronograph provides portfolio monitoring technology to institutional private equity and venture capital investors. The company’s cloud-based software suite automates portfolio company data collection, valuations, analytics, and reporting for investors.

Chronograph was represented by managing director Valentin Stobetsky, and associate Lance Yasinsk. Two Trees Management was represented in-house by directors of leasing Alyssa Zahler and Elizabeth Bueno.

Developed in 2020 by Two Trees, the COOKFOX-designed Ten Grand St. is a boutique office space with the interlocking tower at One South First St., integrating office, residential and retail spaces.

“Ten Grand Street’s contemporary architecture and best-in-class amenities create a powerful environment for client interaction and employee collaboration,” Stobetsky said. “The tower offers superior space and extraordinary views within a dynamic and vital neighborhood.”
