Christy Means Joins Cushman & Wakefield
Commercial real estate veteran Christy Means has been hired by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office as Managing Director of Property Management. Means was previously head of Dallas-Fort Worth property management for Stream Realty Partners, which she joined in 2013.
While at Stream, Means oversaw a team of approximately 130 people, as well as the management of office, industrial and retail space. In addition, Means had property management leadership positions at Cobalt Capital Partners, and Transwestern.
The new hire will replace John Patterson, who will be leaving Cushman & Wakefield after nearly two decades with the firm and its predecessor iterations DTZ, Cassidy Turley, and Capstar Commercial Real Estate, where he was a founding principal. Patterson’s official departure date will be Aug. 30, 2017. He will join CREA to oversee existing office investments.
