CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Building Sells to Physician’s Group

An 80,000-square-foot specialty medical building on the CHRISTUS Santa Rosa medical center campus in San Antonio has sold to PPH Real Estate LLC, a partnership consisting of local physicians and investors. The buyer acquired the building at 5109 Medical from Stream Realty Partners for an undisclosed price. The asset is valued at $5.7 million. CBRE’s Scott Herbold represented the seller.

The four-story building delivered in 2008, on a long-term ground lease with CHRISTUS Health. The asset was specifically designed and built for overnight clinical research studies supporting pharmaceutical research and development. The facility includes 38 semi-private rooms for 100 patient beds, a clinical laboratory, and a pharmacy.

The new owner is working with CHRISTUS to bring additional services to the medical center campus.
