Christian Ulbrich Promoted to JLL President

In a move to separate leadership roles, Chicago-based Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) has promoted Christian Ulbrich to the position of president. Colin Dyer, who held both the position of president and CEO, will retain the latter role.

Ulbrich is currently CEO for JLL’s EMEA region, and will manage the company’s regional businesses in Asia Pacific, EMEA and the Americas. Dyer will guide the firm’s overall strategy, with an emphasis on IT and data strategies. Dyer will also oversee LasSalle Investment Management.

Guy Grainger, currently UK Chief Executive, will succeed Ulbrich as EMEA CEO, while Chris Ireland will become UK Chief Executive.

All changes are effective June 1, 2016.
