Chris Routledge Joins SRS’ Retail Team from Colliers

SRS Real Estate Partners expanded its Southeast team with the addition of Chris Routledge as senior vice president in the Atlanta office. He joins from Colliers International, and will focus on expanding the regional and national platform for retail real estate services.

SRS’s Ray Uttenhove says, “[Routledge’s] impact on our organization will be far-reaching and his experience will further strengthen our landlord and tenant services across the Southeast and beyond.”

At Colliers, Routledge led a team that leased more than 2.5 million square feet of shopping center space, and represented such notable retailers as CVS Health and Salon Lofts, as well as up-and-coming retailers such as Black Walnut Café, Bargain Hunt, and iPic Theaters. During his 11 years at Colliers, he served as national co-chairman of Colliers New Generation National Advisory Board, and was recognized as the number two retail producer in the company.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
