Chris Naylon Joins Sands Investment Group in Santa Monica

Sands Investment Group (SIG) expanded its SoCal team with the addition of Chris Naylon, who was hired to fill the role of Sales Manager in its Santa Monica office. This role will focus on coaching, supporting, and recruiting brokers as SIG expands its California presence and continues to grow its team.

Naylon comes to this role having been a broker with SIG since 2013. Previously, he worked with CBRE before starting and running an apartment brokerage and management company for eight years in the Los Angeles and Ventura county markets.

SIG’s Santa Monica office relocated in January to accommodate their growing brokerage team and provide a working environment which is designed for teamwork, growth and support.

Naylon says, “This new location is a huge step in continuing to build that culture and facilitate the communication and energy required to grow our team as we fulfill our greater vision for the future of SIG.”

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
