Chris Millen Joins JLL’s Maui Retail Team

Chris Millen joined JLL as a VP of Retail Brokerage for the Maui market. He brings experience handling leasing and brokerage for nearly a dozen Maui shopping centers, and most recently served at Colliers International.

JLL’s Wendell Brooks says “We have been looking for the right broker to run our Maui leasing and commercial property sales for quite some time. Chris is a highly-respected professional in the Maui market and has consistently been one of the most productive brokers on Maui for past decade.”

Millen will oversee brokerage and leasing services for JLL’s institutional retail portfolio in Maui, including properties owned by The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation.

He served as a senior associate at Colliers and consistently performed as the firm’s top Maui producer. He was involved in the dispositions of 505 Front St., Kukui Mall, Coco Palms Resort, Fairway Shops, and Napili Plaza. Notable clients include DeBartolo Development, Heitman LLC, and Kamehameha Schools.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
