Chopt to Open at One Boerum Place in BK 

Chopt, a fast-casual salad brand, has inked 2,148 square feet lease on the ground floor at One Boerum Place in Brooklyn. The mixed-use development sits at the crossroads of Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, and Boerum Hill. 

Esquire Properties represented Chopt in the lease negotiations, while Newmark represented One Boerum Development Partners. Chopt at One Boerum Place is set to open in Fall 2024. 

“We are thrilled to welcome Chopt to One Boerum Place!” said Brian Ezra, founding principal at Avery Hall. “Bringing a popular, national food chain to Brooklyn is further proof that interest in quality retail space in a high-end, fully-amenitized building remains strong.”
