Chopard Relocates NYC Flagship to Crown Building
Cushman & Wakefield arranged Chopard’s relocation of its flagship boutique to the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Ave. The two-level space has 1,279 square feet on the main floor and 1,143 square feet on the lower level and will replace the Madison Avenue flagship on 63rd Street, where the family- owned and managed Swiss timepiece brand operated for more than 13 years.
“We are grateful to be the stewards for the iconic Crown Building with its deep, celebrated history in Manhattan,” said Kirsten Lee, SVP and director of luxury leasing for Brookfield Properties. “It is an honor to facilitate yet another remarkable chapter of the Crown Building with the addition of Chopard. As a coveted, luxury brand, this is a natural partnership and we will look forward to wonderful work together.”
Cushman & Wakefield’s Eric Le Goff and James Downey represented Chopard in the transaction.
