Choice Hotels Opens Location in Portland’s Pearl District

PM Hotel Group has opened the Cambria Hotel Portland – Pearl District, a 178-room property at 105 NW Park Avenue in Oregon.

The hotel’s accommodations include spa-inspired bathrooms and a selection of amenities. The property also offers a restaurant and bar named Recess. Additional amenities include a fitness studio, pet-friendly rooms, and 1,350 square feet of meeting space.

The hotel’s location places it near Downtown Portland’s restaurants, galleries, and attractions, as well as the Oregon Convention Center. “Expanding Cambria Hotels into top-tier markets is a core part of our growth strategy, and Portland is a natural fit,” said Mark Shalala, SVP of Development for Choice Hotels’ Upscale Brands.

The development is part of PM Hotel Group’s expansion in urban markets across the Pacific Northwest. The new property joins PM Hotel Group’s existing portfolio in the region, which includes Aloft Portland Airport, Hampton Inn Portland Airport, Holiday Inn Wilsonville, and Sheraton Portland Airport.
