Chiropractor Signs 10-year Lease in NoMad 

Prestige Health & Wellness, a Manhattan chiropractor, has secured a 10-year lease for 6,500 square feet at 31 East 32nd St in NoMad.  

The space, previously occupied by Exhale, will see Prestige occupy 4,500 square feet on the ground floor and 2,000 square feet on the lower level.  

Rory O’Connor, David Scher, and Catherine O’Toole from Lee & Associates NYC represented Prestige and the landlord, Windsor Management, was represented in-house. The new location is expected to open in September.
