Chipotle Signs Leases in Hamilton Heights, Clinton

Winick Realty Group has arranged a pair of Manhattan lease transactions on behalf of Chipotle Mexican Grill. Both spaces were formerly occupied by Boston Market.

Winick’s Kenneth Hochhauser, who handles Chipotle assignments in Manhattan, represented the chain in both transactions, bringing the brand to neighborhoods where it had long sought opportunities: Hamilton Heights/Washington Heights South and Clinton/Upper West Side.
The deals include:

• 3781 Broadway, located at the northwest corner of West 157th Street, offers 2,100 square feet on the ground floor. Sylvie Shames and Sarah Fabian of Friedland Properties represented the landlord.

• 885 Tenth Ave., located between West 57th and West 58th streets in Midtown, is comprised of 2,800 square feet of ground-floor space. Davit Mneyan of the Pinnacle Group represented the property’s ownership.
