Chip City Cookies to Open New Store in Chelsea

TF Cornerstone has signed a new lease with Chip City Cookies for a 664-square-foot space at its Chelsea Centro property in Chelsea. The cookie brand, known for its rotating cookie offerings, will open its doors at the location in Q1 2024, marking its 40th location on the East Coast.

Located at 278 Seventh Avenue, the 18-story building has 356 residential units, two landscaped roof decks, two state-of-of-the art fitness centers and a ground floor of over 4,000 square feet devoted to commercial use. The deal was brokered by Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen, Thomas Galo, and Spencer Planit of Winick Realty Group.

“We’re confident that our Chelsea location will advance our mission of making communities smile through the quality of our products,” said Peter Phillips, Chip City CEO & Co-founder.
