Chinese Retailer Chain MINISO Signs Lease at 5 Times Square 

MINISO, a global lifestyle retailer, has inked 9,655 square feet of space on the ground and second floors at 5 Times Square.  

5 Times Square is a 38-story property offering over one million square feet of office, retail, and hospitality space. MINISO is a Chinese-owned low-cost retailer and variety chain that specializes in household and consumer goods. The brand has over 5,400 storefronts in more than 105 markets worldwide, including a shop in SoHo. 

Joanne Podell and Michael Shalom from Cushman & Wakefield represented MINISO in the transaction.
