Chinese Medicine Academy Renews at Village Shopping Center

AOMA Academy, LP has renewed its 5,600-square-foot lease at The Village Shopping Center, 2700 W. Anderson Ln. in Austin.

The tenant is a graduate school offering regionally accredited master’s-level and doctoral-level graduate programs in acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

Seth Stuart, Ben Tolson and Jason Faludi with Aquila Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction. The Village Shopping Center, which Aquila manages, encompasses both creative office and retail.
