Entities affiliated with San Francisco-based Full Power Properties LLC acquired two San Jose high-rise apartment development sites from San Jose-based Swenson for an undisclosed amount. The sites total roughly three acres, and were fully-entitled for Park View Towers, at 252 N. First St., and North San Pedro Tower 3 at Old West Julian and Terraine streets.

Full Power plans to continue moving forward on design plans developed under Swenson, with ground breaking dates for both developments slated later this year. Swenson secured entitlements for roughly one-million square feet of development, encompassing more than 500 residential units and ground-floor retail space.

Park View Towers has 220 luxury condominiums in two towers, and 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial. North San Pedro Tower is planned for 305 condos and ground-level retail.

Full Power is an affiliate of Chinese real estate giant Guangzhou R&F Properties.
