Junchuang to open EV parts factory in FW

Chinese Battery Supplier to Set Up Shop in FW

Junchuang North America, a provider of advanced technical solutions for the electric vehicle market, is expanding its operations to Fort Worth. Its proposed 55,000-square-foot manufacturing/industrial facility will serve as its R&D hub.

A $21 million investment is planned for the facility at 46 Ranch Logistics Park in south Fort Worth, and it is expected to generate more than 120 jobs by 2025.

Dallas Innovates reports the model plant is JCNA’s North American and will work on cutting-edge technical solutions to support the EV market. With a focus on higher tonnage injection molding, complex insert molding, and LSR assembly for EV power electronics, drive units, and battery systems, Junchuang said its products demonstrate a commitment to innovation and sustainability. Instead of traditional materials like steel, Junchuang is leveraging plastic.

The company says it caters to established brands like Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, and Mazda.
