Children’s Place Signs 120K SF to Stay in Secaucus 

The Children’s Place has signed a new lease for 120,000 square feet at 500 Plaza Dr in Secaucus, NJ., managed by Manulife Investment Management. The brand, focused on digital transformation, opted to stay, previously occupying 197,000 square feet. 

The property, part of the Harmon Meadow campus, will undergo upgrades to enhance tenant experience. Tenants include Hartz Mountain Industries and Quest Diagnostics, with Hartz hosting its global headquarters at the building. 

JLL’s David Stifelman, Timothy Greiner serve as exclusive agents for 500 Plaza Dr. and represented Manulife. The tenant was represented by Savills David Goldstein and Gregg Najarian. “The property is a superior asset in the Secaucus market and this lease reaffirms it as one of the area’s premier corporate addresses,” said Tripp Gantt, CEO of Manulife US REIT.
