Childcare Franchise Adding 60K SF of New Sacramento Locations
National daycare franchise The Learning Experience is expanding across Sacramento with six new locations opening over the next two years, adding 60,000 square feet of freestanding commercial real estate across the region.
The Learning Experience locations each consist of up to 10,000 square feet of indoor building space with up to a 5,000-square-foot playground. Each new center will also employ as many as 30 staff members and certified teachers to serve upwards of 180 children between 6 weeks and 6 years of age with daycare and early childhood education.
The Learning Experience, which currently has one location open and operating in the Sacramento market, plans to open six new locations in:
- Folsom – Q3 2027
- Rocklin – Q3 2027
- Dixon – Q4 2027
- Turlock – Q1 2028
- Lincoln – Q1 2028
- Roseville – Q2 2029
The Florida-based franchise, which is owned by the private equity group Harvest Partners, now has 491 centers open and operating, including 488 in the U.S. and three in the U.K.
