Child Mind Institute Inks 82K-SF Lease at 825 Third  

The Child Mind Institute, a nonprofit focused on children’s mental health, will lease 81,810 square feet at 825 Third from The Durst Organization. The institute will occupy the ground floor and second to fifth floors of the building, creating a dedicated space within the property. The move allows the Child Mind Institute to expand its clinical care, education, and scientific research efforts.  

825 Third has undergone a $150 million capital improvement program, offers modern aesthetics, sustainable features such as dynamic view glass windows, and exclusive tenant amenity space. The location of 825 Third Avenue provides accessibility to transportation and various amenities in Plaza, Midtown East, and Grand Central districts.  

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, Lauren Ferrentino and Bailey Caliban. Child Mind Institute was represented by Lance Korman and Brian Waterman of Newmark.
