Child Care Provider Vivvi Coming to Upper East Side via Rudin Lease

Child care and early learning provider Vivvi will open a new campus at the base of Rudin’s 32-story residential building at 254 E. 68th St. on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The Manhattan-based Vivvi will occupy 6,919 square feet on the ground and lower levels of the building as part of a 15-year lease.

This will be Vivvi’s first Upper East Side location and its sixth in New York City when it opens in the spring of 2023. Vivvi plans to continue to expand in the New York metro area and into the Washington D.C. and Boston markets.

Kevin Daly, VP at Rudin Management Company, represented building ownership in the transaction. Vivvi was represented in-house by Dylan Mattes and a team from CBRE comprised of Jordan Kaplan, Jared London and Eric Gelber.
