Chicko Chicken to Open at Terrace Village Shopping Center in WA

Chicko Chicken, a quick-service franchise specializing in Korean-style fried chicken, has leased 1,659 square feet at Terrace Village Shopping Center, located at 22003 64th Ave W. in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.

Set to open in May, the new location marks the brand’s latest expansion in the Puget Sound region. Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Kelly Gaddis and Senior Associate Mia Ponce represented the Chicko in the lease.

“Second-generation restaurant spaces with solid fundamentals continue to attract demand, even as the broader retail market slows,” said Gaddis. “Chicko Chicken is growing thoughtfully, and this location checked all the boxes—from visibility and access to infrastructure and surrounding demographics.” Chicko is also working with Gaddis and Ponce to evaluate opportunities for a sixth Puget Sound location.

“There is noticeable momentum and energy in this area as the neighborhood continues to evolve,” said Ponce. “Chicko Chicken is joining an increasingly dynamic mix of restaurants that are helping shape the local experience.”
