Chick-fil-A Signs 40K-SF Office Lease in Old Fourth Ward

Chick-fil-A has announced plans to expand its Atlanta presence with a 40,000-square-foot lease at 725 Ponce, a new office development located on the Eastside Beltline adjacent to Ponce City Market.

The new Midtown office location will be an extension of the Chick-fil-A Support Center, the company’s existing headquarters south of the city, and will accommodate up to 250 corporate employees. The workspace at 725 Ponce will be located on the sixth floor, with Chick-fil-A corporate employees slated to move in during summer 2020. Chick-fil-A will join tenants BlackRock, McKinsey & Co. and PagerDuty at the building.

“We are thrilled and humbled that Chick-fil-A has selected 725 Ponce for their new Midtown location,” said Jim Irwin, president of New City, the developer of 725 Ponce. “When we first began work on the project, we envisioned it as a place for world-class companies, like Chick-fil-A, to cater to the evolving needs of their workforce. It’s gratifying to have the opportunity to work with their incredible team on the project.”
