Chicagoland Commercial Secures Trio of Downtown Leases

Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate (CCRE) recently arranged three downtown office leases totaling 12,775 square feet. In the largest of the three, CCRE’s Randy Olczyk represented new tenant MD Live in securing a seven-year lease of 7,554 square feet at KBS’ 500 W. Madison. Wendy Katz and Matt Lerner of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership.

In the second deal, CCRE’s Ray Okigawa represented Japan America Society of Chicago Inc. in a five-year, 1,952-square-foot renewal at One North LaSalle. Landlord Bridge Investment Group was represented by JLL’s Melissa Rubenstein.

Lastly, Olczyk and Okigawa represented Spartan Logistics Services LLC in a new five-year lease of 3,294 square feet at 314 W. Institute Pl. in River North. Justin Kessler and Craig Nadborne of Bradford Allen Realty Services represented landlord Elmdale Partners.
