Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, has hired Erick Harris as executive vice president & general Counsel. Harris brings to Waterton a depth of legal experience and leadership, honed over a 20-year career in real estate investment management and legal compliance. In his role leading the legal, risk management and compliance teams at Waterton, he will oversee the company’s legal strategies, manage contractual processes and ensure compliance and ethical governance across all business practices.
Archie Hughes has joined Trilogy Real Estate Group, a Chicago-based real estate investment and property management firm, as senior regional vice president. Hughes will be responsible for furthering the sales efforts of Trilogy’s platform of investment offerings in the eastern U.S. region. He is a 23-year veteran of the financial services industry and has expertise in an array of alternative investments, including REITs, private equity, interval and closed-end funds, BDCs and credit funds.
Cawley Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage, has expanded its brokerage team, welcoming Mark L. Wilson, as a senior vice president, and Allison Malzone, as a senior associate. Wilson and Malzone will focus on buyer and Tenant representation, assisting businesses in finding and securing office spaces, negotiating leases, and ensuring terms and optimal locations for clients’ success. Recently appointed CEO Zach Pruitt announced the two new additions to the firm.
Lamar Johnson Collaborative, a Chicago full-service architecture firm, announced two new hires for its growing West Coast industrial team. Working out of the Los Angeles office, Cory Adams joins as the region’s Industrial Market Leader and Principal, along with Michael Gee as an Associate Principal, providing leadership and business financial management for the expanding Industrial market sector.
Cullinan Properties, a Peoria-based provider of commercial real estate services, has appointed Michael Gold as president of the company. Prior to joining Cullinan, Gold most recently served as chief operating officer for shopping center owner and operator Pine Tree. During his tenure at Pine Tree, Gold’s teams oversaw more than 20 million square feet of real estate.
JLL has been recognized for the third consecutive year by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) for its outstanding commitment, leadership and impact in prioritizing health and well-being in the built environment.
