JLL announced that Andy Dutcher has joined its Columbus office as Managing Director. Boasting over 16 years of real estate experience, Dutcher will lead the market’s office agency leasing team with a focus on driving key business initiatives to continue expanding JLL’s landlord representation presence in central Ohio.

Interra Realty has hired Alex Cohen as an associate. In this role, Cohen will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development, working alongside Managing Partner Craig Martin to help Interra build on its significant growth.

Chicago-based Evergreen Real Estate Group has been retained to manage 12 multifamily communities comprising a total of 1,301 units in Illinois, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The assignments include affordable residences for families, seniors and disabled individuals, expanding Evergreen’s national management portfolio to more than 13,400 units.

The Apartment Source has been awarded the exclusive leasing assignment at The Oliver on LaSalle, a 250-unit building located at 1140 North LaSalle Drive in Chicago. The Oliver on LaSalle was originally built as a luxury hotel in the 1920s, was then later converted to condominiums in 2006, and finally transformed into apartments in 2018, with studio and one-bedroom apartments.

Lee & Associates has closed a long-term lease transaction for a 639,917-square-foot industrial building located at 275 W. Laraway in Joliet, IL. Jeffrey Galante, SIOR and Jeffrey J. Janda, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the owner, Pritzker Realty Group. PRG recently completed the new construction project.  Dominic Carbonari of JLL represented the tenant, RJW Logistics Group.
