The CCIM Institute has announced two landmark partnerships in Kazakhstan and Mexico. The CCIM Institute has partnered with Narxoz Business School in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is expanding its reach in Latin America through a new partnership with MVJE García y Asociados, based in Mexico City.

JLL Work Dynamics has promoted Justin Sandherr to Managing Director within its Consumer Goods and Services division. Sandherr will lead with two key priorities: developing and executing comprehensive real estate strategies for consumer goods and services companies and enabling broader JLL growth through specialized sector expertise. This includes real estate management services like workplace and facilities management across office, manufacturing, industrial and retail asset classes.

Toll Brothers, Inc. has opened a new multifamily community, Coldwater Ridge of Northville, in Northville, Michigan, featuring luxury condos with two-story properties. The condos are located near shops, dining, and entertainment in downtown Northville and Plymouth.

JFB Construction Holdings, a real estate development and construction company, has been contracted to provide design-build services for Prison Island in Indianapolis, Indiana. Prison Island is an indoor adventure destination with over 98 locations in four continents and 20 countries.

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Pacesetter Plaza, a 17-suite retail strip anchored by Family Dollar in South Holland, Illinois. The property sold for $3.745 million. Adrian Mendoza, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
