Harrison Street Asset Management announced several senior appointments within its Investor Solutions Group. The appointments include Dan Fanelli, who will serve as Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Investor Solutions Group, based in New York; James Choi, who will serve as Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Investor Solutions Group; and Dan Kim, who will be a Managing Director based in Chicago as an infrastructure specialist.

Gantry has added Matthew Gavula as a loan production Director with the firm’s St. Louis production office. In his new role, Matthew is responsible for developing a roster of clients and securing financing on their behalf for properties across the wide spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes, working through Gantry’s list of life company correspondents, vetted CRE lenders, and equity sources.

JLL has appointed Jamie Fitzgerald as Senior Director, Financial Services Consulting Lead within its Americas Consulting business. In this role, Fitzgerald is responsible for driving growth across banking, investment management, fintech and insurance accounts. Fitzgerald will collaborate closely with JLL’s Financial Services leadership team to deliver transformative real estate solutions that help clients balance risk while navigating complex, rapidly changing markets.
