Cross Street announced the addition of three senior leaders as the company continues to expand its national platform. Will Shew has joined the firm as vice president of property management; Karen Gaski has been named vice president of people and culture; and Drew Malter has joined as director of data and systems. The appointments come as Cross Street continues to scale its operations in Chicago, Denver and Cleveland while expanding its recently launched property management platform following the incorporation of Peak Properties into the company’s national business earlier this year.

Gantry has added Abe Osterhaus as a loan production director with the firm’s Kansas City production office. In his new role, Abe is responsible for developing a client roster and securing financing on their behalf for properties across the full spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes, working through Gantry’s exclusive roster of life company correspondents, vetted lenders, and equity sources.

Farbman Group announced the promotions of four team members and the hiring of two team members to its family of companies. Team members receiving promotions include John Line, Jordan Valasek, Eri Papa and John Browning IV. Veronica Marlo and Kristin Meekhof join Farbman Group as new hires. 

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Mike Valant has joined the firm as a managing director in its Detroit office. Valant brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in cross-market leasing and dispositions throughout Southeast Michigan and nationwide.

Greenstone Partners announced the promotions of Alexander Tychalski and Charlie Vietzen to investment associates, recognizing their continued growth, contributions and expanding roles within the firm’s investment sales platform. In his new role, Tychalski will focus on multifamily properties throughout the Chicago MSA, working alongside Partner Jordan Multack and Greenstone’s broader investment sales team. Vietzen will focus on flex and industrial properties throughout DuPage County and the greater Chicagoland market, working alongside Managing Partner Jason St. John and Greenstone’s broader investment sales team.
