Kiser Group announced that Katie Nunez has joined the firm as a director, specializing in multifamily investment sales across the Midwest region. Katie will be an integral part of Kiser Group’s Midwest team, which includes Kyle Sissell, Will Cornish, and Joe Caiola. Prior to joining Kiser Group, Katie launched her real estate career in 2019, developing expertise in market analysis, deal structuring, and client relations.

Bradford Allen‘s Ben Azulay, president of brokerage services, has been elected to the Board of Directors of TCN Worldwide Real Estate Services, a consortium of independent commercial real estate firms. In this role, he will help to oversee TCN’s operations and provide strategic guidance, including about the organization’s expansion into new markets.

Sherman Associates appointed Mary Jo Kelly as Manager of Commercial Leasing and Business Development. Kelly will lead commercial leasing and support business development across Sherman’s mixed-use and commercial portfolio. She will partner with third-party brokers to originate new leasing opportunities, reduce vacancies, and increase net operating income.
