JLL announced that Vice Chairman Kyle Kamin, Vice Chairman Dan Lyne, Executive Vice President Jon Milonas, Senior Vice President Brandon Green, Senior Vice President Abigail McFadyen, and Director of Transactions Joe Davis have joined the firm’s Chicago office from CBRE. The team is among the most accomplished office and life sciences and R&D advisory practices in the country, with more than 75 million square feet of transactions valued at over $50 billion for occupiers, developers and institutional investors.

Sherman Associates has appointed Kyle Burkett as Chief Operating Officer and announced the transition of Richard Kiemen to Chief Development Officer, strengthening the company’s leadership team to support the company’s next phase of growth and long-term success. As Chief Operating Officer, Burkett will provide executive leadership for Sherman’s multifamily, hospitality, retail, and commercial operations, as well as the company’s accounting, asset management, and marketing departments. He will work closely with the executive leadership team to advance operational excellence, organizational performance, and strategic growth.

Baird & Warner has appointed Sarah Casalan as chief operating officer. Joining the company’s expanding senior leadership team, Casalan will oversee operational strategy and implementation throughout the firm. Casalan joins Baird & Warner with extensive executive leadership experience and a proven track record of building high-performing companies driven by independent business owners. Most recently, she served as president of The UPS Store, Inc., where she led the $4 billion organization with more than 5,500 locations and 3,900 franchise owners across North America.

Lee & Associates of Illinois has promoted Tony Russo from Executive Vice President to Principal. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, Russo has played an instrumental role in launching and growing the firm’s office practice since joining Lee & Associates of Illinois in 2020. He began his career focused on the I-88 and East-West Corridor, developing deep market knowledge and lasting client relationships. He has since expanded his reach into the I-90 Northwest Suburbs, broadening the firm’s presence across the region.

JLL announced the appointment of Mark Gibson to the newly created role of Country CEO, U.S. As part of this remit, Gibson will lead a U.S. Executive Committee focused on ensuring clients benefit from the full depth and breadth of JLL’s capabilities each time they engage. The firm also today announced that Kevin MacKenzie will step into the role of CEO, Capital Markets, Americas when Gibson fully transitions to his new role in 2027. Gibson has been CEO of Capital Markets Americas for seven years and will remain in that role through the end of 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

Noah Properties and Daniel Management Group (DMG), a Chicago-based real estate firm focused on multifamily investment and management, announce the opening of a new property, 945 Nanusha Residences, in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. Noah Properties and DMG have worked together for four years and DMG currently manages nearly 900 units for Noah Properties. 945 Nanusha Residences has more than 220 units and 12 floor plans.
