Intersect Illinois made two new appointments to its board of directors: Brad Henderson, CEO of P33 and Jack Lavin, CEO of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. Henderson and Lavin will bring their experience in public-private partnerships, inclusive economic growth, business development, and more to advance Intersect Illinois’ efforts to attract economic growth and jobs throughout the state.
Cushman & Wakefield has hired David Bukovac as Global Head of Integrated Facilities Management on the firm’s Global Occupier Services Leadership team. In his role, Bukovac will focus on providing a seamless offering of services to the firm’s facilities management clients. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he was Global Operations Director at JLL.
Hunden Partners, a full-service real estate development and tourism consulting firm, announced that twobleaders have been hired as executive vice presidents. Jay Burress joins as Executive Vice President of Tourism, and Bethanie DeRose, CDME, joins as Executive Vice President of Consulting, both bringing extensive destination planning and development experience to the firm.
Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, a national full-service real estate firm, today announced Amber Redding, property management specialist, received the 2024 Accredited Residential Manager Excellence Award from the Institute of Real Estate Management Chicago chapter. The award was presented to Redding at IREM Chicago’s annual Premier Awards, held May 10 at Chicago’s Drake Hotel.
T2 Capital Management, a Wheaton, Illinois-based private equity real estate investment firm, has made the addition of four team members to its equity and tactical teams following the builds the success of its Tactical Opportunity Fund I. The firm welcomed Cara Wills, Todd Collins, Garrett Smith and Ian Venard.
Hoffmann Family of Cos., a Florida private equity firm based in Winnetka, through its investment arm Osprey Capital LLC, placed the winning bid at auction for Illinois-based Oberweis Dairy Inc. The dairy company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.
ISG, an architecture, engineering, environmental, and planning firm, continues its growth in South Dakota with the opening of a new office in Dakota Dunes, just months after establishing a presence in Pierre.
