Peak Construction Corporation announced it has promoted six employees on the East Coast and in the Midwest. Peak’s six promotions include the following: Jim Faber has been promoted to Director of Field Operations; Ilana Reznik and Liam Thickett have been promoted to Project Manager II; Arthur Bednarczyk and Kyle Musika have been promoted to Project Manager I; and Steve Chiolan has been promoted to Superintendent I.

The 2025 Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence Awards (CAMME) recently celebrated 60 winners at its 29th annual gala. Eight properties were recognized with the Property Excellence Award, honoring top performance. The Chicagoland Apartment Association represents more than 7,000 apartment professionals who own and/or manage over 295,000 market-rate and affordable rental units in over 1,900 apartment properties across the Chicagoland region.

Equity LifeStyle Properties’ Board of Directors has named Marguerite Nader Vice Chairman of the Board and promoted Patrick Waite President, both effective immediately. Nader will continue serving as Chief Executive Officer, and Waite will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer, reporting to Ms. Nader.

Entre Commercial Realty has welcomed Corey Laktas to the firm. Laktas joins Entre after 10 years with a family office that owns and operates over 600 retail locations totaling over 6 million square feet in 22 states across the United States. Entre Retail is a new division of the company specifically devoted to retail brokerage and advisory services.

JLL has hired Scott Little as a senior director for its global Consulting business, focusing on the future of work in industrial settings. Little will bring his more than 20 years of manufacturing and commercial real estate experience to JLL’s Industrial clients in the aviation, energy, oil and gas, utilities, rail, 3PL, manufacturing, and automotive industries.
