Subtext announced that Mitchell Korte has been named a partner. Korte will continue to serve as Executive Vice President of Development, overseeing all aspects of development projects, including market strategy, site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and approvals, deal structuring, and stabilization.

Jennifer Everhart, chief impact officer for Cinnaire, was honored with the 2026 Terrence R. Duvernay Award during the Building Michigan Communities Conference, the state’s premier housing conference. The award recognizes individuals for achievement, carrying forward the legacy of affordable housing leadership established by Terrence R. Duvernay.

Peak Construction Corporation has hired Samantha Rochford for a sales and marketing internship. Samantha will be working with David Michael, vice president of sales; Joe Sullivan, director of new business development; Keith Dafcik, chief operating officer; Jeff Duckworth, business development manager; and Jessica Bruno, marketing manager, on sales and marketing efforts.

Greenstone Partners announced the listing of 818 N. Wolcott Avenue, a 20-unit boutique multifamily property located in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood. The property is listed at $12 million, with Jordan Multack representing ownership in the offering.

Bradford Allen celebrated the grand opening of Arbor House, a new luxury apartment community located at the southeast gateway to Arlington Heights. The eight-story, 301-unit community at 25 E. Algonquin Road offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
