  • Xroads Real Estate Advisors, a national full-service real estate asset management, property management and advisory firm, announced that Suzanne Hendrick has joined the firm as executive vice president. Based in Chicago, Hendrick has more than 30 years of experience in asset and property management, most recently serving as EVP of asset services operations at Transwestern.
  • Pam Sullivan has joined Kensington Vanguard National Land Services, an independent, full-service national title insurance agency, as executive vice president & senior underwriting counsel. Sullivan has decades of experience in the commercial title insurance industry. In her new role, she will lead KV’s Chicago operations and be part of the KV Midwest division leadership team.
  • Entre Commercial Realty’s Elisabeth Lazzara and Kevin Kaplan completed the sale of 12406 Hansen Drive in Hebron, Illinois. This property encompasses a 12,013-square-foot freestanding industrial building, accompanied by additional land. The facility, once the headquarters of KBI Custom Case, was acquired by CTS Group of Companies. Elisabeth Lazzara, Mike DeSerto, and Cory Kay of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller, while Kevin Kaplan represented the buyer.
  • Lee & Associates negotiated a 15,520-square-foot new lease of manufacturing space located at 1390 Gateway Drive, Suites 5 and 6 in Elgin, Illinois. John Sharpe, SIOR, principal, and Rick Anesi, senior vice president, both with Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Soosan USA, a wholly-owned North American subsidiary of Soosan Heavy Industries. Matt Garland of Cawley Chicago represented the owner, Clear Height Properties.
