Cross Street, a Chicago-based residential real estate firm, today announced three executive promotions. Oren Pollack has been promoted to managing partner, Erin Higgins has been named vice president of leasing, and Taylor Maggi has been promoted to vice president of marketing and systems. In addition, Laura Ballou has joined the firm as senior market analyst.
JLL announced the strategic appointments of two senior industry leaders in its Value & Risk Advisory business. Becci Curry joins as Global Head of Strategy, Quality Management & Institutional Lead, and Eric Durden joins as U.S. Head of Value & Risk Advisory.
Cushman & Wakefield welcomed Chris Collins and Evan Miller as senior directors to its Minneapolis multifamily investment sales platform. Collins and Miller will join forces with existing team members Lance Steiger and Erin Salway, further strengthening the firm’s multifamily investment sales capabilities across the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest.
Hilco Global announced that Ted Tomaras has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer of its Professional Services Division. Tomaras will report to David Kurtz, Vice Chairman of Hilco Global and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Services. He will oversee operations, with a focus on operational infrastructure, improving integration, and supporting significant, scalable growth.
CBRE announced that Guy Ponticiello, a senior leader within its Corporate Capital Markets practice, has been promoted to Vice Chairman, the highest professional title for producers at the firm. He advises corporate and institutional net lease clients across the U.S. on real estate monetization strategies, sale-leasebacks, a wide spectrum of credit-based structures, and portfolio optimization strategies.
